Android users should be excited to know that the HTC Thunderbolt, and Motorola Droid Bionic, much awaited upcoming Android phones are reportedly ready to hit the Android markets. Both of the Android phones will use the 4G/LTE network Verizon wireless.
According to Time magazine’s Techland, the HTC Thunderbolt is reportedly ready to challenge the dominance of the iPhone 4 in USA as Verizon Wireless and HTC might start selling the HTC Thunderbolt this week. Techland quoted this news from a tweet of HTC employee who has confirmed that the first 4G/LTE enable Smartphone of Verizon Wireless will arrive on March 17, 2011.
HTC Thunderbolt is popular for following exciting features:
-Faster data connection courtesy of LTE
-Supports video chat courtesy of front-facing camera with quality of 1.3 Mp.
-8 megapixel rare-facing camera; enough to record HD videos still photos
In the mean time, Motorola will also be joining the 4G/LTE fun with its Android powered Smartphone, Motorola Bionic. Reports say that Verizon will start selling the Motorola Droid Bionic sometimes in the next few months. Motorola Droid Bionic is bit alike Motorola Atrix 4G of TA&T as it also supports Motorola’s accessories like the Lapdock that lets you transform your Droid Bionic phone into a note book computer.
Fans are hoping that the price of the 4G.LTE won’t be so enormous.
