Its 2011 and in today’s busy life, we use alarms for a number of reasons. Be it calendar reminders, or simply clock alarms. We do need it and we use it to the best we can. Time comes that we end up being dependant on someone stating them to send us a reminder when at a certain location. GeoNote a new Android app, developed by Jim McLaughlin is a great reminder system based on location. It uses your device’s GPS technology to determine your location. Reminders can be set easily via the main screen based on location with the help of Google maps. Reminders will be received, once leaving or arriving at any location. GeoNote is available for free from Android Market and an ad-free version can be downloaded by donating $1.99.
